Bequest Language

A bequest in your will can be a simple and very effective way to make a gift to Guiding Eyes. You can designate Guiding Eyes as the beneficiary of i) a specified amount of cash, ii) specific asset(s), or iii) part or all of your residuary estate. Below are samples of several types of bequests which can be modified slightly for use in a revocable living trust as well. You should always consult with an attorney in connection with the preparation of your will or living trust.
